I use Studio One Professional(latest version) as my DAW & I have the AudioBox 1818VSL as my Interface. Now obviously with the VSL you can only use the Fat Channel plus for your monitor mix for clients but it is possible to track with Auto-Tune in realtime with Studio One without it printing on the audio like the VSL does? | If you have the Professional version of S1 as I do it comes with Melodyne. If you want Auto-Tune you'll have to purchase that plug-in. I only use Auto-Tune on clients when I need the 'effect' of it. For in depth pitch correction I use Waves Tune(full version). |

Latency with tracking using this plug is going to be dependant on your system. I dont personally use it, but knowing what it does I am sure its pretty resource dependent. If you monitor out of S1, not vsl, you can put any plug on an insert for performance monitoring. Nothing on the insert will 'print' to the track. If your pc can handle it cpu-wise I can't really see a reason why you can't. Put Autotune on the Input section of Studio One to print an FX. ( far left of mixer inputs) set you buffer low enough to record live FX. (128 or lower) BTW: Most people would never do this. 1) It rarely a good idea to print and FX. If it is on an Insert to the playback channel you can always adjust it as needed for the mix. 2) I have tried recording /monitoring through AutoTune and it actually makes you sing further out of tune because you brain can not follow the pitch. It is much better to sing as best you can then add AutoTune after the fact. Installation and Compatibility
***Important Note***: Our plugins (and all other 3rd-party plugins) are only readily compatible with 'Professional' versions of Studio One. If you have an 'Artist' version of Studio One, you'll need to get the VST and AU add-on from Presonus and install it in order to load our plugins in Studio One Artist.
If your Antares plug-ins are not showing up in Studio One (64-bit), please be sure that you have installed the 64-bit VST or AU version of the plug-in.
If your license is for an older 32-bit version, you may need to first purchase an upgrade, or alternatively, use Studio One 3 in 32-bit mode.

Scanning for plug-ins
Cooking dash 5 download. If you have installed a compatibleVST plugin, and that plug-in is not showing up in Studio One, please follow these instructions to resolve the issue:
1. Startup Studio One, click on the Studio One menu, open Options, and click the 'Locations' icon.
2. Select the VST Plug-ins tab.
3. Make sure the 'Scan at startup’ box is checked.
4. Click the Reset Blacklist button, then click Yes to confirm.
5. In the Locations listing below, make sure that the following plug-in folders are in the list. If they're not, click Add and browse to these locations to add them to the list.
For VST2 Antares plug-ins:
